Wolf Language Feature

Post by Seeker on Sun Jul 03, 2011 3:34 pm

The Wolf Language feature has been scripted and added into the script. It gives the wolves the ability to communicate with each other IC-ly by using the normal chat, /low and /(s)hout command. Also, in order to avoid metagame, wolves are no longer allowed to communicate using /me barks [Message].

Some screenshots:

Here's what the non-Werewolf races see when the wolves communicate using the Wolf Language:

And here's what the Werewolves (Human or wolf form, doesn't matter) see:

And what about Gangrels?

And what about their feral speech?

As far as I know animalism allows then to communicate with animals, wolves are animals too?

(( No, I am not trying to be asshole or anything, this script is just great, I'm just wondering can Gangrels understand wolf speech... ))

If they haven't listened to a wolf before speaking, I don't think they can much. If they lived with wolves then yes. Plus there's three gangrels max, we can find a way around it otherwise in case you really have learned the language icly.

Now there are five, but anyway... Every werewolf will go like "You can't understand wolf language! If you can't understand it scriptly then you can't ICly!" , which is really annoying.
